What To Expect In Your First Meeting?

If you have never been working with a personal coach before, don’t worry, I will be here to guide you throughout the process. If you have questions at any point, just ask.

If you have booked your first meeting with me and you are curious about what it’s going to be about, below is a list of the topics we are going to cover during our Intro Call.

Training

I have to know how much experience you have. What sports are you familiar with? What is your knowledge about gyms and the equipment inside?

Health

We have to make sure that your fitness journey is safe for you. For that, we will discuss your medical history and your current state of health.

Lifestyle

Next, let’s discover your everyday life. How active are you during the day? What’s your work like; do you sit in an office or do you do physical work? What do you normally eat? How much sleep do you get? How do you feel in general?

Goals

What changes do you want to happen? Do you want to lose weight, gain muscle or just live healthier in general? How do you define the best version of yourself?

Options

Based on the above I will suggest different options, tools, and methods. Maybe it’s a good thing for you to hire a coach to hold you accountable. Or maybe you just needed someone to point you in the right direction and you don’t want any more help.

Questions

It might be a new territory for you to work with a personal coach. It’s natural to have questions. We’ll spare some time for that, too.
