Be honest. We routinely lie to this question but this time please stop for a minute and think it over.

So, how are you?

Are you well? Do you feel good about yourself throughout the day?

Are you satisfied when you look into the mirror? Do you sleep well, love mornings, and feel energized just to think about all the awesome things you are going to accomplish until you hit the hay again?

Are you optimistic about your future? Can you find time for the things that are dear to your heart? Are you good at managing your stress level?

So, here is the question again; are you really very well? Or maybe there is room for improvement?

The good news is that everything you’ll find here at My Body Matters was made with the same goal in mind. To get you in the best shape you can be while improving your mindset and routines. These in turn will lead to a better lifestyle that will last.

My goal is that soon you will be able to say in all honesty:
